It has been a rocky year for Nancy Komacek and I to keep the alumni association alive and particularly in getting 13 new engraved bricks installed in the courtyard. People who ensured me that they would help have not come forward, so I have to find someone to install these bricks for me. Plus alumni who said they would help us keep the association functioning have not really provided such support; so we are reaching out once again to get active members in our association. We have orders for 10 new bricks which will be processed ASAP after this notice to “buy a brick” is announced and hopefully alumni respond. Since I have to wait until warm weather arrives to find a way to install all the bricks we have time to advertise and try to persuade folks to purchase a brick.
We have approximately 200 engraved bricks installed in the courtyard and the association needs your support by purchasing a brick and continue building our beautiful BAS Alumni Courtyard. So now is a great time to purchase a brick for yourself, a family member or friend and/or a lost love one. People have reported having difficulty in having access to see the courtyard during the week and weekend, so I will have to meet with the new BHS superintendent and principal to try to resolve this problem. No since in having a courtyard if you cannot get in to view bricks.

4x8 = $50; with clipart/logo = $56;
8x8 = $75; with clipart/logo = $81;
12x12=$100; with clipart/logo = $106
(note you can get 2 clipart on a 12x12 brick @ $6 per clipart/logo).
